trying to make a food plan

i need  to control the way i eat i eat way too much and i look like a cow and people before have actually called me a cow i dont want to be called a cow aqnymore i dont want to be the fatgurl i want to be skinny and pretty but i know il never be cauz im a fat ass i hate myself
